  • Hold for approximately 15 min. Alternate timing 7 min. per side
  • 3-5 breath pause seated at the end
  • Blanket Fold: Rectangular
  • Blanket Fold: Standard Fold
  • Note: For Twist its necessary to do this posture for both sides
