Key points :

  • Hold for approximately 15 min
  • 3-5 breath pause on side or back at the end
  • Blanket Fold:  Envelope Fold
  • Blanket Fold:  Half Fold
  • Note: For Side Lying it’s not required to do this posture on both sides
