Stretch & Roll: Chapter 2

You must first complete Stretch & Roll: Chapter 1 before viewing this Lesson

Since this class is very prop heavy, this chapter takes the time to introduce you to all the props that are useful for this class, both for in the studio and at home in case the students do not have access to the traditional yoga props when taking this class via livestream.

  1. Bolster 
  1. Strap (Belts, old sweatpants, suspenders) 
  1. Foam Roller 
  1. Tennis ball 
  1. Blanket 
  1. Couch cushion 
  1. Pillows  
  1. Yoga wheel   
  1. Sandbag  

Props will be provided at all yoga studios for in-studio classes. For those taking the class via livestream, props are not required but highly encouraged. Even though this is a prop heavy class, a student is not required to have or use any props if they prefer not to.
