Messenger[ai] (formerly Bowtie)
Messenger[ai] offers a vast amount of opportunities for your business. Being that we are also using Marketing Suite, Messenger[ai]’s main function should be for two-way texting (a feature not available in Marketing Suite) and utilizing the bot features if you choose.
Please keep in mind that we are not using Ring Central for texting. Ring Central should be utilized strictly for phone calls and voice messaging and can be used along with Marketing Suite. Ring Central offers a cloud phone system that connects our Honor Yoga organization.
