AP12.2.1 Given multiple illustrations of the elbow joint, trainee will identify the elbow shapes known as carrying angles and hyperextension without error.

AP12.2.2 Trainee will recall, without error, the stated technique for identifying whether elbow hyperextension or a carrying angle exists.

AP12.2.3 Trainee will recall, without error, stated criteria for whether and which asanas should be focused toward remedying problematic alignment where hyperextension and/or carrying angles seem to be the cause.

AP12.2.4 Trainee will recall, without error, recommended strategies for remedying problematic alignment in Downward Facing Dog / Adho Mukha Svanasana when caused by carrying angle.

AP12.2.5 Trainee will recall, without error, recommended strategies for remedying problematic alignment in Downward Facing Dog / Adho Mukha Svanasana when caused by hyperextension.

AP12.2.6 Trainee will recall, without error, the stated reasons that cueing to micro-bend is not a recommended strategy for hyperextension and / or carrying angles:
